Please note that all Custom and personalized products delivery times will be based on the quantity ordered, as well as the amount of detailed labor involved with completing the order.
Each project is different and completion time will vary. This matter will be discussed directly with each customer once the order has been confirmed.
In store orders must be confirmed two weeks in advance and paid in full.
Any changes to the order need to be done within 48 business hours of when the order was placed or there will be an additional 10% fee of the overall order for alteration.
Rushed orders with less than 1 weeks notice will also result in a 10% billing cost of the overall order.
